My passion for cooking led me to a frustrating realization: my kitchen knives weren’t up to the task. After a demanding day in the restaurant or a weekend of cooking, I often found my blades dull and ineffective. This inspired me to explore knifemaking. With the help of an old family friend who was a blacksmith, I learned the craft. After much experimentation, I now create knives designed to endure the rigors of daily use while maintaining their sharpness.
